Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualifications ITI in Automobile / Diesel Mechanic / Motor Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent diploma. Freshers or candidates with internship/apprenticeship experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet monitoring preferred. Technical & Field Requirements Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike (mandatory). Willingness to work in the field and conduct site visits daily. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, fuel efficiency, and fleet operations. Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet monitoring tools (preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and analysis. Soft Skills Strong observation and problem-solving skills. Good communication and report-writing skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work. Eager to learn, grow, and take on challenges in fleet monitoring. 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy in fleet monitoring and fuel tracking. Timeliness and effectiveness of on-field audits and inspections. Reduction in fleet maintenance costs and fuel wastage. Compliance with vehicle documentation and audit standards. This role is 100% field-based , suitable for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and learning through practical experience.
