We are seeking a Patent Paralegal with experience in Indian patent prosecution to assist in managing patent filings, legal documentation, and compliance procedures. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Indian Patent Laws, patent filing procedures, and formalities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file patent applications (provisional, complete, PCT, and national phase) with the Indian Patent Office (IPO). Handle Form submissions as per the Indian Patents Act (e.g., Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 5, Form 18, Form 27, etc.). Maintain patent prosecution deadlines and ensure timely responses to office actions. Coordinate with patent attorneys, inventors, and clients regarding filings and compliance. Draft and review patent specifications, assignments, declarations, and Power of Attorney documents. Monitor patent renewals, annuities, and portfolio management. Assist in oppositions, hearings, and appeals related to patent matters. Stay updated on Indian IP laws, amendments, and compliance requirements. Exp.- Bachelors degree in Law, Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Patent Paralegal handling Indian patent prosecution. Familiarity with patent databases, e-filing portals (IPAIRS), and IP management tools. Strong knowledge of Indian Patent Forms and procedures. To visit the defaulting borrowers for pressurizing them to pay the Banks dues and further follow-up with them for settlement with the Bank. To know the borrowers financial position and willingness to pay the bank's dues & assess the market value/status of the property mortgaged. To Visit the mortgaged property for survey and knowing its status, market value, occupancy etc, and take its photo for company and Bank reporting purpose. To visit the borrower/mortgaged property for serving legal notices (& take photos). To visit the borrower/mortgaged property for taking symbolic possession (take photos). In case borrower does not deposit any money (within limited time), Move the application to DM for getting seizing orders. Co-ordinate with the police and seizing the property in the presence of banker and police etc. Finding buyers for the property, assist the Bank in auctioning the same and recovering the banks dues. Raising the bills to banks (from our Delhi office) and getting our payment. Liaison with our company Head office for preparation of documentation in the cases.
