The primary responsibility will be to promote FD investment products and on-board economically strong and growing customer segments to invest in our FD savings account. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential customers for Fixed Deposit investments. Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and local networks. Build relationships with prospective clients and explain the benefits of FD accounts with Fabtech Multistate. Achieve monthly targets for FD sales in assigned areas. Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records regularly. Represent the bank professionally in the market and maintain brand credibility. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial products. Must have completed Graduation from a recognized university. Candidates owning a bike or car preferred, with willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
