Control costs to achieve company budget goals. 11. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance. 12. Manpower Arrangement & Manpower Handling Preferred candidate profile 1. B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 2. 5+ years plant operations experience. 3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants. 4.
