Goed om te weten is dat er slaapdiensten van toepassing zijn! VIC Workhome (Very Intensive Care) Op een VIC Workhome wonen cliënten die elders in de maatschappij volledig zijn vastgelopen. Naast het wonen zorg je hier ook voor de dagbesteding van de bewoner. Het uitgangspunt van een VIC Workhome is eerst stabiliseren. Het is jouw uitdaging om iemand van A naar B te krijgen en je bent niet bang om dingen te ondernemen. Binnen een VIC Workhome besteden we veel aandacht aan de coaching van jou als medewerker. LVB (Licht verstandelijke beperking) Net als jij willen deze mensen ‘een gewoon leven’. Met alles wat daarbij hoort. Een eigen baan of opleiding en het maken van eigen keuzes. Als ondersteunend begeleider op dagactiviteiten ondersteun je de cliënten bij problemen waar zij tegenaan lopen. About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce QA & Automation Lead to drive the quality assurance and test automation strategy for our high-performance e-commerce platforms. This role is perfect for someone with deep Magento expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in building robust QA processes. You will be leading a talented QA team, ensuring flawless performance across web, mobile, and API systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage QA and automation teams for large-scale e-commerce projects. Design, implement, and maintain automated testing (Selenium) frameworks for both web and mobile applications . Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations. Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks. Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack . Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness . Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira (or similar tools). Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI) . Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks . Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts. (Optional) Conduct functional and integration testing for NetSuite modules. Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership . Strong Magento expertise (or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases). Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing .
