Manufacturing Best Practice: Be the change agent importing best practices across locations in PWF and bottling Balance the Long and Short term: Lead Monthly and Weekly and monthly production scheduling as per demand forecast. This needs a cross functional and cross locational coordination and understanding to be applied Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum : Graduate in Engineering - Chemical/Mechanical/Production Engg Ideal : Degree in Operations Management with experience in FMCG Experience: Minimum : 3-5 Years, Hands on computer proficiency & MIS Ideal : 5-6 years ; Knowledge about latest quality systems like ISO, HACCP, EMS and manufacturing concepts like TPM, Six Sigma.
