Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product excellence. Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. Experience working with stainless steel products is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
