Key Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other mechanical systems. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and equipment efficiency. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary components. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Skills and Qualifications Core Skills: Strong background in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices. Experience with plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems. Knowledge of industrial equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
