Maintenance Engineer

Srikem Laboratories Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Plant Mechanical Engineer to join our operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and equipment efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills:

• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
