Key Responsibilities: 1.1 Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise a team of painters / helpers / scaffolders, ensuring that each team member follows target (Given by Site In-charge) safety rules, quality standards, and work schedules. 1.2 Daily Work Planning: Coordinate and manage the planning of daily painting work, including materials, timelines, and workforce allocation. 1.3 Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of work sites and completed work within timeline to ensure high standards of painting and finishing are met. 1.4 Materials Management: Oversee the ordering, tracking, and inventory management of painting materials such as paints, primers, and solvents. 1.5 Surface Preparation: Oversee surface preparation processes, such as cleaning, sanding, and priming, to ensure surfaces are ready for painting. 1.6 Communication: Act as a point of contact between painters and upper management, relaying information about project progress, issues, and requirements. 1.7 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project timelines, costs, and any issues encountered, preparing regular reports for management. 1.8 Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that painting tools and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and stored. 1.9 Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and machinery.
