Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Engineer, located in Mahesana, Gujarat. The Operation Engineer will be responsible for managing operational processes and ensuring the efficient functioning of power plant systems. Daily tasks include monitoring plant performance, conducting troubleshooting, providing technical support for system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and address challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues effectively
• Basic knowledge and experience working with operating systems such as Linux and Windows
• Strong Customer Service orientation and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
• Familiarity with power plant operations and industry safety standards is highly beneficial
• Ability to adapt to a challenging and dynamic work environment
