Operation Engineer

As an Operations Engineer at our company, you will collaborate with the Manager of Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics to provide operational services, governance, and incident management solutions for the Analytics team. Your responsibilities will include modifying data ingestion workflows, supporting releases to QA and Prod, working with cross functional teams, and providing production support for daily issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer issues - Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers - Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues - Prepare accurate and timely reports - Document knowledge through tech notes and articles **Other Responsibilities:** - Participate in on-call rotation - Support QA and production releases, even during off-hours if needed - Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues - Attend daily standups - Create and maintain support documentation using Jira/Confluence **Qualifications:** - Proven working experience in enterprise technical support - Basic knowledge of systems, utilities, and scripting - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent client-facing skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Azure including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, ADLS (Gen2) - Experience with system administration and SFTP - Experience using analytics team tools like Alteryx or other ETL tools - Experience with data visualization software such as Domo, Datorama - Experience with SQL programming - Experience in automating routine data tasks using tools like Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Rundeck, Task Scheduler **Additional Company Details (if present):** - **Experience:** 5 - 10 Years - **Salary:** 10 Lac To 20 Lac P.A. - **Industry:** Manufacturing / Production / Quality - **Qualification:** B.Sc **Key Skills Required:** - Azure Server - ADL Executive - ETL Tool - Data Validation - SQL,
