Operation Engineer

Operate, monitor, and maintain heavy industrial machinery used in manufacturing/production processes.

Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment breakdowns.

Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental norms, and company policies.

Prepare operational reports, log sheets, and documentation for machine performance.

Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery or equipment.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance productivity.

Train operators and junior staff on equipment operation and safety practices.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for technical support and spare parts procurement.
