Compliance Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Senior Executive HR (Compliance) is responsible for handling Provident Fund (PF) compliance activities including UAN generation, PF challan processing, KYC updates, and maintaining compliance documentation. The role ensures that all PF-related tasks are performed accurately, timely, and in adherence to statutory norms, while also addressing employee queries and supporting monthly billing documentation. Ensures adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations across all HR functions. Manages employee documentation, audits compliance processes, and coordinates with internal teams to mitigate risks related to employee relations, benefits, and safety regulations. Day to day task as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF compliance
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and basic proficiency in MS Office
