This role plays a key part in managing cost control, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure the plant operates efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities at the plant level. Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Manage plant budgets, forecasts, and support management with financial insights. Monitor inventory, raw material consumption, WIP, and finished goods valuations. Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other local regulations. Manage CAPEX and OPEX tracking, project costing, and approvals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Responsible for Erection & Commissioning of the machines. Responsible for preparing and maintaining the annual preventive maintenance schedule and predictive maintenance schedule. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output. Responsible for maintaining safety standards in Utility area. Handling and maintain the ISO/TS documents . Implementation of 6 s activities on the production floor. Ensuring adherence to quality standards , implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework. Analysis of various break down and find out root cause for same helping in reducing breakdown time. Should have knowledge of Kanban , JIT , Poka Yoke , QS-9000 , TS 16949 , TPM etc.
