Role & responsibilities

Project Planning

  • PJT Organization
  • Project Plan setup

Project Executing and Controlling

  • MDT Operation Project Status control from Nomination to SOP
  • Gate Review Scope of customer meeting and requirement
  • Customer requirement understanding & execution

Risk Management

  • Project open issue management
  • Project cost tracking management
  • Issue Report to Management/Customer

Competency

  • Understand input requirements review customer documents like ( BOM, Drawings, HW, SW, testing requirements, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management (HW & SW)
  • APQP document preparation, both internal & customer.
  • Experience in trial sample management as per OEM requirements.
  • Experience in Electro-Mechanical Product & Process is must [SMT/Assembly].
  • Knowledge of customer-specific requirement [HMI/KIN]

Reports

  • Establish a medium-term PM strategy and target based on headquarters (KLK).Establish a medium-term PM Department business planCapex, Expense, Headcount, etc
  • Project Status reporting to HOT & Customers
