Role & responsibilities

Project Planning

PJT Organization
Project Plan setup

Project Executing and Controlling

MDT Operation Project Status control from Nomination to SOP
Gate Review Scope of customer meeting and requirement
Customer requirement understanding & execution

Risk Management

Project open issue management
Project cost tracking management
Issue Report to Management/Customer

Competency

Understand input requirements review customer documents like ( BOM, Drawings, HW, SW, testing requirements, etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management (HW & SW)
APQP document preparation, both internal & customer.
Experience in trial sample management as per OEM requirements.
Experience in Electro-Mechanical Product & Process is must [SMT/Assembly].
Knowledge of customer-specific requirement [HMI/KIN]

Reports

Establish a medium-term PM strategy and target based on headquarters (KLK).Establish a medium-term PM Department business planCapex, Expense, Headcount, etc
Project Status reporting to HOT & Customers
