Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in production management, preferably in the filters manufacturing or filtration industry. Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment, specifically in filter production , including air, oil. Experience with quality control systems (e.g., ISO 9001/IATF ) and lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) Knowledge of filtration technologies, including the materials, equipment, and processes used to manufacture high-quality filters. Ability to oversee and manage production across multiple units located within a 2-3 km radius.
