The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer to support project execution on-site. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage labour and materials, and ensure work progress aligns with design specifications and project schedules. Key responsibilities: Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and timelines. Supervise labour teams and manage material consumption on-site. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations. Maintain work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards. Keep daily records of work progress, labour deployment, and material usage. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving technical/site issues. Report to Project Manager and provide updates on execution status. Ensure site cleanliness and maintain discipline among the workforce. Assist in checking material quality and coordinate with the procurement team for site requirements. Required qualification and skills: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or related field. 2–5 years of site execution experience in construction/interior projects. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage labour teams and handle pressure on-ground. Basic knowledge of project documentation and site reports. Working Days: 6 days Salary Range: ₹25,000-₹40,000/month (Based on the Experience) Industry: Construction & Infrastructure (Industrial Buildings, PEB Warehouses, Interior Projects)
