Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Must have strong SQL skills. Provide insights on customer conversion journeys- Create waterfall to track drop-offs at every stage of credit card journey. Responsible to create campaign segments using SQL to support digital marketing campaigns Collaborate with channel owners to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements using data. Track & evaluate performance of digital campaigns with insights and recommendations. Will be responsible to develop all new MIS and automated the same using store procedures. Create and develop automated MIS using SSIS and SSRS package. Good understanding of Credit Card life cycle and digital channels. Work closely with marketing and other stake holders to drive Credit Card campaigns Analyze data and create insightful Reports to help team track and optimize digital campaigns. Knowledge of Credit Card Pre-Acquisition Journey Have great presentation skills to articulate analytic findings to Senior Management Required Qualifications and Experience Required Qualifications and Experience: Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and SAS Understanding of large and complex data sets. Must have knowledge of Credit cards/EMI Card Should have good communication and presentation skills
