Job Purpose Lead the Indirect tax function for Case Construction entity in India. Responsible for timely completion of all indirect tax compliances and managing all Indirect Tax disputes and litigations for the Case Construction entity in India. Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing and leading the entire Indirect tax function for Case Construction entity in India Ensure all indirect tax compliances for Case Construction entity in India are completed in a timely and efficient manner Manage Indirect Tax disputes and litigations for all Case Construction entity in India. Regularly review all litigations to ensure that any corrective actions are taken on a timely basis. Add value by advising the business on different matters pertaining to indirect tax Utilize the available incentives and strategize to ensure optimization of cash tax Liaise with all stakeholders (internal and external) to educate all in relation to the changes in laws and regulations and the impact thereof on a proactive basis so that we as an organization are able to achieve objectives on a timely basis. Have proficiency in working with SAP/ other ERP systems Support in automation and digitisation initiatives pertaining to IDT Focus on improving automation and utilization of digital tools and systems to improve accuracy and turnaround time for reporting and compliances Experience Required 8-10 years of relevant experience, specifically indirect tax and GST Preferred Qualifications CA / MBA(Finance) / M.com What We Offer We offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
