What You’ll Do Take full ownership of the QA lifecycle for assigned projects — from planning and strategy to execution and deployment. Design, build, and maintain automation test frameworks from scratch tailored to each project's needs. Lead and mentor a QA team, introducing new tools, technologies, and best practices. Prepare all relevant QA documentation: Test Plans, RTM, Test Cases, Test Reports, Defect Logs, Release Notes, etc. Promote and implement automation-first and proactive testing approaches. Proficient in at least one scripting language: Java, JavaScript, Python, etc. Proven experience writing test cases and executing them across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms. Good understanding of REST APIs and experience using tools like Postman or Rest Assured. Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Hands-on with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured) and basic SQL for data validation. Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, etc. Ability to lead QA processes independently and coach junior testers. Strong documentation and communication skills. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology. Bonus: Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Locust), security testing, or mobile testing tools.
