Higher stripping ratio Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Key Accountability Limestone Production Supervise the operation of men and machine to deliver required output of limestone in line with required quality in shift - Get feed back position of previous shift and limestone pile position - Study the blend plan - Deploy manpower & machine - Supervise the total shift operation KRA2 2.Overburden removal Carry out removal of overburden activity in shift in line with mine development plan - Deploy manpower and machine in overburden removal - Supervise the total activity of oveburden removal in shift - Ensure proper leveling of the dump with dozer KRA3 3, Safety & Environment Ensure safety of the men & machine in shift - Identify unsfe act & unsafe condition and remove them - Ensure proper running of water tanker in shift - Ensure wet drilling operation in shift KRA4 4. Productivity Obtain the required productivity of the man and machine in the shift Monitor productivity of each machine operated in the shift on shift wise basis and take actions to improve it KRA5 5. People Management Build & sustain a conductive work culture by effectively guiding the shift workmen to improve productivity, and motivation levels of workmen Maintain discipline. Multi-skilling.
