This is one of our first hire in finance and you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, accounts receivables(collections) & reconciliation. It involves working closely with the CEO, executive team, and investors to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability. What you’ll do Generate and send invoices to clients for our subscriptions and services. Track outstanding balances and follow up with clients on payment statuses. Resolve billing questions and issues with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to address any billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of payments and update customer accounts. Provide reports on accounts receivables status and flag any concerns. What makes you a good fit You understand collections & reconciliation like the back of your hand. You’re open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early stage. 1+ years of past experience working in SaaS accounting is an added plus.
