• Control – M Administration, Troubleshooting and Support
• Control-M/EM, SRV, Agent installation, configuration, troubleshooting

Technical Debt Remediation

• Maintain HA for Control-M and DR/BCP support
• Analyzing and optimizing the batches
• Application Plug-ins, Control Modules install, configure and maintain connection profiles
• Schedule jobs based on Calendars, Date, Time, Day in month and events
• New / modify calendars definition
• Analyzing jobs schedule failure
• Test jobs in NON-PROD Environment and Promote jobs to PROD Environment
• Batch Jobs monitoring for all applications systems
• Ad-hoc Job run request, Follow escalation procedure
• Control M Upgrades
• Establish, document, and maintain standards for batch jobs
• Handle restart/rerun requirements & processes
• Manage jobs scheduling for prod & non-prod environments
• Batch Automation
• Proactive Batch Management
• Maintain Scheduler Availability
• Batch Optimization

• Good knowledge of ITIL process
