Content Manager - Creative

Position Summary:

The Social Media Content Manager partners closely with the Art team to execute creative ideas across digital platforms. This role combines strong copywriting skills, creative ideation, and hands-on social media management. The ideal candidate is adept at writing persuasive, brand-aligned content across tones and formats, ensuring engaging communication with the target audience. They collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic campaigns, content innovation, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop brand-aligned tone, messaging, and campaign ideas that connect with the target audience.
• Write compelling copy for social media, emailers, banners, landing pages, and more.
• Lead creative content ideation and execution in collaboration with design and account teams.
• Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms.
• Coordinate with clients to align content plans with brand objectives.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all content within budget.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and content innovations.
• Promote a positive team culture and uphold agency values.

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in copywriting and social media in an agency setup.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content styles and formats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
