Job Description:- As the Job Posting Specialist , you will be responsible for creating, posting, and managing job advertisements on platforms like LinkedIn , Naukri , Indeed , and any other job boards we use. You will collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure that each job posting is compelling, aligned with the companys goals, and optimized to reach a wide pool of high-quality candidates. Your ability to understand the nuances of different job portals and create customized posts for each will be crucial for our success in attracting top talent. Key Responsibilities: Create and write compelling job descriptions that align with the company's needs, culture, and branding. Post job openings across a variety of job boards and portals, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and others. Optimize job postings to ensure they stand out and are easily discoverable by the right candidates. Monitor the performance of job postings on different portals and adjust strategies to maximize visibility and applicant flow. Ensure job postings are up-to-date , accurate, and compliant with platform guidelines and regulations. Utilize platform-specific features , such as sponsored job posts, hashtags, and advanced filtering options to enhance job ad reach. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure job descriptions are accurate, detailed, and tailored to each position. Track and analyze recruitment metrics related to job postings (e.g., views, applications, conversion rates) and provide insights for improvement. Manage candidate inquiries related to job postings, ensuring timely responses and a positive candidate experience. Stay current on trends and best practices for job postings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals to ensure effective and optimized advertisements. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in related field (recruitment). Deep understanding of how to leverage the unique features of various job portals to maximize exposure. Knowledge of job posting best practices and compliance standards for each platform. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt job descriptions for different platforms based on target audience. Experience using job posting analytics tools to track and assess performance metrics is a plus.
