JOB OPPORTUNITY – HR EXECUTIVE (Female)
Location: Sonipat
Industry: Engineering Industry
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Skills Required: Excellent Communication, Strong Computer Skills, and Coordination Across Departments
Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-end recruitment & selection (Engineering profiles preferred)
Employee onboarding, induction & HR documentation
Attendance, leave & HRMS data management
Preparing HR reports and maintaining employee records
Strong coordination with engineering, production & other departments
Employee engagement & grievance handling
Assisting in payroll and statutory compliance
Drafting HR letters, notices & internal communication
Managing daily HR & admin activities
Ensuring adherence to company policies and HR standards
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong coordination across engineering & other departments
Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email drafting, HR software)
Positive attitude, interpersonal skills & multitasking ability
Strong follow-up and time management skills
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate / MBA HR preferred
3–4 years relevant HR experience (Female Only)
Experience in engineering or manufacturing industry preferred
