Job Opportunity-Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Functional Analysis

• Collaborate with business teams (product, sales, operations, finance etc.) to gather and

analyze requirements across the lending lifecycle: origination, credit appraisal,

underwriting, disbursement, customer servicing, and collections.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
• Map current processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies in lending operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product & sales teams, developers, QA, and

vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of IT solutions.

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), User

Stories, and Use Cases specific to lending systems.

• Create process flows, data models, and wireframes to support solution design.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Define and execute test scenarios for UAT and system integration testing.
• Validate that solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., RBI

guidelines, credit bureau integration).

• Ensure lending solutions comply with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and

data privacy norms.

• Support audits and risk assessments related to lending applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, with a focus on lending

systems.

• Strong understanding of lending products (personal loans, business loans, education

loan, gold loan etc.) and lifecycle stages.

• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and

integrations with credit bureaus, KYC platforms, CRM, Collections and Datawarehouse

systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.

Preferred Certifications:

• CBAP / PMI-PBA / IIBA certifications
• Domain certifications in banking or lending
