This position plays a key role in leading the branch's sales team, driving business growth, and managing the loan against property portfolio. Below are the key responsibilities, qualifications, and job purpose for this role: Role & responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the branch's sales team, providing guidance, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. 2. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers for loans against property, expand the branch's customer base, and cross-sell other financial products and services. 3. Loan Assessment: Oversee the evaluation of loan applications for property-backed loans, ensuring that the creditworthiness of applicants aligns with the company's risk appetite. 4. Loan Structuring: Work on structuring loan deals that meet the specific needs of customers while aligning with the NBFC's profitability goals. 5. Portfolio Management: Manage the loan against property portfolio, including monitoring loan performance, addressing delinquencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. 6. Compliance: Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures. 7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and changes in the real estate industry to identify opportunities for business growth. 8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns and maintaining strong relationships. Preferred candidate profile 1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional qualifications in management or finance may be advantageous. 2. Experience: Typically, 2-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or lending, with a focus on loans against property, ideally within an NBFC or financial institution. 3.
