Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at PENNEP, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for technology projects. Your role will involve interpreting business needs, managing project stakeholders, backlogs, and timelines, and ensuring that design meets user requirements. You will also be involved in client feedback management, troubleshooting system issues, and monitoring project status to ensure timely deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and document technical and functional requirements for IT projects and products - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements clearly - Manage project stakeholders, roadmaps, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies - Participate in requirements analysis, development sessions, and design reviews - Facilitate status, planning, and retrospective meetings - Assist implementation and design teams with requirements clarifications - Provide demo sessions to project stakeholders - Implement end-user test plans and identify gaps in requirement adherence - Troubleshoot system issues, develop solutions, and provide guidance to end-users - Create User Guidelines documents - Assist clients with User Acceptance Testing - Monitor and report project status to identify and mitigate risks Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in project management and agile methodologies - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Knowledge of business structures and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office) - Stakeholder analysis and management experience - Excellent documentation skills - Basic software and programming language knowledge - Understanding of databases and networks - Requirements engineering expertise Additional Details: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - Employment Type: Full-Time - Work Arrangements: Office Work, Remote Work Note: Nice to have skills include experience with UAT testing tools, familiarity with CMS, and proficiency in Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
