Job Opening For CRES - Premises Sourcing

New Branches / Office, Relocation, Extension, Major renovations:

- Site visits for technical evaluation and feasibility of shortlisted premises.

- Verifying the proposed premises vis a vis approved plans for construction and check for

legitimacy of the premise and highlight deviations if any.

- Maintaining and monitoring order issued in P2P and preparing monthly provisional

statements for budgetary submissions.

- Evaluating scope of works in the finalised premises and bifurcating landlord's scope v/s Bank's

scope.

- Identifying and finalising locations for critical installations such as DG Sets, AC Units, Earthing,

Signages, ideal location for locker room, washrooms, etc. Communicating requirements for

structural stability certificate in case required for locker room / DG installation.

- Joint measurement of premises for arriving at carpet area along with Landlord / Landlord's

representative.

- Allotment of works to turn key vendor.

- Co-ordinating and finalising layouts with turn key vendor along with business stakeholders,

marketing team, etc.

- Identifying and finalisation of configuration and capacities of various critical equipment such

as AC, DG, UPS, Stabilizer, etc. based on site conditions and proposed drawings.

- Scrutinizing bill of material / quantity received from various vendors and preparing financial

approval note for budgets and ordering.

- Initiating requirement for various Bank bought out items (~ 26 nos.) such as AC, DG, UPS,

Stabilizer, Chairs, Modular Furniture, Locker room equipment, VM items, Signage, Networking

equipment, CCTV FAS, Fire Extinguishers, etc. on P2P portal.

- Site visits during execution of works to monitor and verify progress, design, quality of works.

Co-ordinating with landlord to ensure landlord's scope of work as finalised in agreement are

executed.
