Role Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and strategy

Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activity

Prepare monthly reports and present insights to leadership.

Requirements:

4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools

Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization

Excellent communication and project management skills

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Bonus Points:

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot

Experience in B2B/B2C marketing
