Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of proven experience in poultry feed sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing technical support to poultry farmers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Identify and onboard new clients including poultry farms, dealers, and distributors
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in poultry feed sales
• Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and farming practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred
