Role: Center Head & Sales

3–4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Center Management:

  Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and support activities.

• Sales & Business Development:

  Drive admissions and revenue growth through lead generation, client engagement, and conversion strategies.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage faculty, counselors, and support staff to deliver high-quality academic and student experience.

• Market Outreach:

  Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, student engagement activities, and corporate tie-ups.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor sales metrics, operational KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Build strong relationships with students, parents, corporates, and academic partners.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in

  education, training, EdTech, or sales/center management

  .
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
• Ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education, technology, and student success.
