Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Science Innovation Lab Lead at RIA Institute of Analytics, located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Science Innovation Lab Lead will oversee the development and implementation of innovative data science projects and initiatives. The role involves guiding a team of data scientists, analyzing complex datasets, applying statistical methods, and driving data-driven decision-making processes. Other responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data analysis, and staying updated with the latest developments in data science. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills, Data Analysis, and Data Analytics skills Expertise in Statistics and Data Science Experience in leading and managing data science projects and teams Proficiency with data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment Master's or doctoral degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in the education or training industry is a plus Show more Show less
