Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound PPC (Pay Per Click) leads related to cruise sales.
Provide end-to-end assistance to clients looking for cruise travel packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales strategies.
Maintain deep product knowledge of cruise lines, packages, and seasonal offers.
Achieve individual and team-based sales targets on a monthly basis.
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
Provide excellent post-sale customer support to ensure high satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking and travel processes.
