Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, building partnerships, and promoting our academic programs through effective marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market Nirman Academy’s courses and programs to potential students and parents.
• Develop and execute admission and outreach strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and industry professionals.
• Plan and participate in promotional campaigns, events, and workshops.
• Handle telecalling, student counseling, and enquiry follow-ups efficiently.
• Work closely with the academic and administration team to support growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development/Marketing Executive (preferably in the education sector).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Candidates with prior experience in admissions, educational sales, or student recruitment.
• Familiarity with local educational networks in Kerala.
