We’re looking for an HR and Trainer Acquisition Associate who’s part recruiter, part people whisperer, and part spreadsheet ninja. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing 🕵️ Talent Hunt Mode: ON Source awesome freelance trainers across subjects — academics, languages, hobbies, competitive exams (basically all the cool stuff) Screen profiles and vibe-check the trainers (read: are they smart, punctual, not annoying?) Schedule interviews, coordinate demo sessions, and help close the best fits Handle onboarding — docs, contracts, a virtual high-five 💼 HR-ish Things Keep trainers happy, supported, and updated without sounding like a boring HR bot Plan feedback sessions, performance reviews, and engagement activities (such as surprise awards, anyone?)
