Role Summary

Senior AVP

proactive, data-driven leader

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Ensure high client retention by proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Expand business within existing accounts by identifying and engaging new SPOCs
  • Drive new client acquisition and pitch value-driven solutions

2. Growth & Expansion

  • Increase account revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Analyze hiring trends and client metrics to optimize delivery and performance
  • Improve fill rates and ensure consistent client satisfaction
  • Share periodic reports on account health, hiring, and performance KPIs

3. Account Stabilization & Growth

  • Oversee smooth onboarding and early-stage success of new clients
  • Set up operational processes to ensure long-term account stability and reduced churn

4. Operations & Compliance

  • Be the voice of the associate; ensure smooth candidate experience and quick resolution of issues
  • Manage escalations and compliance concerns in coordination with internal teams
  • Work with Finance for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and contract renewals

  • Delivery Collaboration:

    Coordinate with recruitment and operations to meet client expectations
  • Strategic Growth Mindset:

  • Industry Knowledge:

    Quick to learn domain-specific trends and talent requirements
  • Matrix Management:

    Comfortable navigating complex internal and client ecosystems
  • Data-Driven Execution:

    Leverage analytics for decision-making and client reporting
  • Thought Leadership:

    Provide strategic insights and innovations to improve client success

Operational Ownership

  • Minimal involvement in day-to-day delivery, but accountable for overall account success
  • Collaborate with P&L owners and internal stakeholders to align goals and deliverables
  • Handle high-level escalations and strategic conversations with authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1018 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development
  • Background in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Tech, or IT services preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in matrix environments across functions and geographies
