JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

         •Translation (from J to E and E to J) and proof reading of machine translated documents.

         Support and pitch in pro actively in client meeting. Communicate with team and take MOM and share across team.

         Draft business emails to help the team communicate with the customer as required.

         Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as directed by project team managers. Skills Requirements:

         Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Japanese. (JLPT N2 & above)

         Understanding of Japanese business practices and cultural sensitivities.

         Minimum of 5years' experience in translation role

         Ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy.

         Proactive and resourceful with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

         Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
