Role Overview

Jira Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize
Jira Workflows
as per business requirements.
Develop and maintain Jira plugins such as
Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets
, etc.
Manage and support
Jira Data Centre environments
, including upgrades, configuration, and optimization.
Lead
Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, setup, and testing
for Jira environments.
Perform Jira
Wiki upgrades
and maintain system documentation.
Work independently with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Jira aligns with business processes and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in
Jira
administration and development.
Hands-on experience with
Jira Workflow custom development
.
Proficiency in developing plugins using
Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets
.
Experience with
Jira Data Centre setup, upgrades, and DR strategies
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
