Stone Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Take daily follow-ups from the Gem Stone Department regarding order status and pending tasks
• Monitor and update the next department once the stone is ready for processing
• Track each order's stone preparation stage and ensure timely movement to the next phase
• Ensure the

  Quality Check (QC)

  process is completed before moving to order execution
• Maintain and track order processing timelines and verify if deliveries are made on or before the committed delivery date
• Oversee and manage the stone floor operations, ensuring smooth inter-department coordination
• Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays in stone management
• Maintain accurate and real-time records of all ongoing and completed orders
• Use ERP or internal systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting
• Generate reports and escalate delays or quality issues to management
• Coordinate closely with production, design, QC, and dispatch teams to ensure process alignment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in stone handling, stone floor coordination, or production management in the jewelry industry
• Strong understanding of stone preparation, QC, and jewelry manufacturing flow

• Process-oriented mindset

  with the ability to streamline operations
• Proficient in

  computer applications and ERP systems

  (Excel, order tracking software, etc.)
