Jewellery Store Manager

Jewelbox is a premium jewelry brand known for its craftsmanship, contemporary designs, and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and deliver a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service

• Drive daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure a consistently excellent in-store customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with VIP and high-value clients.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Create a positive, motivated, and team-oriented environment.

Store Operations

• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and audit standards.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and store security.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track KPIs like footfall, conversion rate, average billing, etc.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Implement strategies based on data insights to improve store performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Retail Management / Business Administration or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in retail management; jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
• Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
