Jewelry Store Manager oversees daily store operations, leading staff to drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing sales strategies, maintaining store aesthetics, conducting staff training, and upholding brand standards to achieve sales targets and profitability.
