With an expanding presence in the U.S., we are looking for a proactive Jewellery Merchandiser to bridge our product strategy in India with consumer demands abroad. ResponsibilitiesPlan and develop commercial product assortments tailored to the U.S. market’s aesthetic and pricing preferences.Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely development and launch of collections.Analyse sales performance, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks to optimise product mix.Coordinate with U.S.-based buyers, distributors, or retail partners to align on market-specific merchandising plans.Manage inventory flow, reordering schedules, and SKU rationalisation based on data-driven decisions.Monitor trends, materials, and price points across fine and lab-grown diamond jewellery segments.Support photoshoots, catalogue development, and marketing initiatives with relevant product curation.Work closely with logistics and operations to ensure smooth delivery cycles to the U.S. market. Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in merchandising within fine or lab-grown diamond jewellery.Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behaviour, trends, and pricing dynamics.Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, inventory management tools, and trend reporting.Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.Educational background in merchandising, fashion/jewellery design, or business is a plus.
