Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a flair for building strong client relationships. The candidate should have sales experience, and the ability to guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Expert Service

● Assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.

● Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.

● Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue.

● Drive sales to achieve individual and team targets.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.

● Manage client follow-ups for enquiries, new arrivals, and promotions.

● Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

● Adhere to company policies, billing accuracy, and security protocols.

Requirements

● 2–6 years of sales experience (jewellery/retail/luxury industry preferred).

● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
