Job Summary:

The Jewelry Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting fine jewelry, educating them about products, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding the company’s standards of excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including gemstones, precious metals, designs, and craftsmanship.
• Ensure accurate billing, packaging, and documentation of all sales transactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain the display counters and ensure all jewelry items are properly handled and presented.
• Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
• Stay updated with current jewelry trends and product launches.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in jewelry retail or luxury sales (freshers with good communication skills may be considered).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Attention to detail and good product presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Office).
• Polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.

Work Environment:

• Retail store setting (may include weekends, holidays, and extended hours).
• Standing for extended periods may be required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
