Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales with a strong background in IT hardware solutions selling to lead enterprise business development in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex IT infrastructure solutions—including servers, storage, networking, end-user devices, and integrated solutions—to large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase penetration of Jabra’s enterprise audio/Video hardware solutions within the assigned region.
  • Identify and target large enterprise clients, telecom service providers, and system integrators for end-to-end collaboration hardware solutions.
  • Identify and engage with key enterprise customers, decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement), and influencers.
  • Own and deliver regional sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline development and deal closure.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and channel partners to build joint solutions and offer integrated enterprise hardware packages.
  • Build and manage a team of account managers/sales executives (if applicable), ensuring high performance and goal alignment.
  • Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing and growing the business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems and provide regular forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

●     7–10 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, with a strong focus on IT hardware solutions selling experience.

●     Manage a team of account managers/BDM.

●     Experience selling products from OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco or Large enterprise etc.

●     Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, data centers, networking, and endpoint solutions.

●     Existing relationships with large enterprise accounts, system integrators, and channel partners in the region.

●     Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

●     Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise deals and work with complex procurement processes.

●     Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
