Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based backend systems using Java 8+ and Spring Boot
• Perform large-scale data migration and transformation from legacy databases
• Optimize MySQL queries, manage database design, and implement performance tuning
• Integrate with APIs and external services as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for high-quality deliverables
• Ensure code quality, version control, and CI/CD processes are followed 

Key Requirements

• Strong proficiency in

  Java, Java 8+

  (Streams, Lambdas, Functional Programming) ,

  Spring Boot

  Framework,

  JPA/Hibernate

  (Entity Mapping, Custom Queries, Performance Tuning),

  JSON

  processing (Jackson)
• Experience designing and implementing

  RESTful APIs

  .
• Strong

  MySQL

  experience (Complex Queries, Indexing, Procedures) 
• Experience working in an

  Agile development

  environment, such as Scrum.
• Experience with

  Maven/Gradle, IntelliJ/Eclipse

• Experience with

  Docker

  (Development Environments)
• Experience with Logging (

  SLF4J, Logback

  ), Code Quality Tools (

  SonarQube

  ) 
• Experience with version control systems like

  Git
