Java Web Developer

As a talented and enthusiastic Java Web Developer, you will be joining our team with a strong background in Java development, focusing on web-based applications. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative solutions to meet our clients" requirements. You will design and implement robust and scalable Java-based web applications, working with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate design specifications into functional and user-friendly web applications. Developing server-side logic using Java, you will integrate front-end elements built by front-end developers and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, you will also conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Java Developer focusing on web applications. You should have a solid understanding of the Java programming language and web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is essential, as well as strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), SQL, and web services (RESTful APIs). Familiarity with version control systems like Git, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, understanding of Azure cloud, and strong communication and teamwork abilities are also required.
